Wash Care Instructions for Apparel & Accessories
The best way to care for your clothes and accessories is to follow the wash care instructions sewn into the garment itself. These Table will provide specific instructions based on the fabric and caring instruction of the item.
Wash care instructions can help you wash your garments, Clothing or fabrics properly
Fabric | Caring Instructions |
Silk | Dry clean only or hand wash, do not wring and drip dry in the shade, do not bleach or tumble try, use a warm iron on the silk setting. |
Cotton | Machine washable and bleachable if white, Wash Colors separately, do not twist/wring. Tumble Try in a cool setting or Try in the shade to avoid fading. Use a hot/warm iron on the cotton setting. Dry Cleanable |
Linen / Hemp | Cool hand wash or gentle machine wash, Wash Colors separately, do not twist/wring. Tumble Try in a cool setting or Try in the shade to avoid fading. Use a hot/warm iron on the Linen setting. Dry Cleanable |
Rayon / Viscose | Cool machine wash or hand wash, Wash Colors separately, do not twist/wring. Tumble Try in a cool setting or Try in the shade to avoid fading. Use a hot/warm iron on the Rayon setting. Dry Cleanable |
Wool | Dry clean only, use steam when pressing, and brush wool to remove surface soil |
Velvet | Dry clean only, Do not Spot-clean Never iron as ironing is likely to crush. A hand-held steamer can be used to remove creasing. Alternatively, hang your fabric. We would recommend that you unpack your fabric upon arrival and store it rolled rather than folded. Velvet garments are best kept hanging. Avoid using clip hangers as these can bruise or mark the fabric. |
Nylon / Polyester | Cold machine wash, do not bleach, Wash Colors separately, do not twist/wring. Tumble Dry Low Temperature. Use a cool iron. |
Laces / Jacquards | Dry clean only, Please note some of these fabrics are delicate so please be careful against rough surfaces and snagging. |
